Caley Pruitt is a Senior Resource Specialist at Golden Years Services, where she supports families navigating senior care transitions with clarity, compassion, and strategic insight. With over a decade of experience in project management, communications, and client advocacy, Caley brings a rare blend of operational precision and relational warmth to every consultation. Her background includes leading marketing and infrastructure projects for public safety departments, home improvement firms, and private security providers—always with a focus on clear communication, vendor coordination, and scalable systems that serve both people and processes.
Beyond her professional achievements, Caley’s heart for ministry deeply informs her approach to care. She has served with organizations like Samaritan’s Purse and God Behind Bars, offering spiritual mentorship, worship support, and hands-on service to families in crisis and incarcerated individuals seeking restoration. Her faith-based perspective brings empathy and discernment to every interaction, especially when families are facing emotional decisions about senior care. Whether rebuilding homes, coordinating transitions, or simply listening with intention, Caley sees each moment as an opportunity to reflect Christ-centered compassion and practical wisdom. Brielle Withrow, CDP
Brielle Withrow
Brielle is the co-owner of Golden Years Services and has been helping families with senior living options in North Georgia area for over 3 years. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). She also is a notary public and was a Registered Pharmacy Technician for 3 years.
Brielle has been fortunate enough to have opportunities to serve others throughout the world. She has gone on mission trips in Brazil, Mexico and Haiti.
Michelle Withrow, BS, MSW, CDP
Michelle has been employed for 25+ years as a Master Social Worker in various medical and senior living settings including hospitals, nursing home/acute rehabs, home care companies, dialysis, mental health and substance abuse crisis stabilization facilities in addition to working in independent, assisted living and memory care communities.
She earned her BS in Psychology(Georgia State,1995) followed by a Masters in Social Work( University of Georgia,1997). She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). She has had numerous hours of specialized Dementia training and many years of experience in assisting families with the challenges they face in the aging process. She is an expert in senior placement options in the Atlanta area, and has been helping families in the Atlanta area over 10 years.
She is a passionate advocate who enjoys engaging with people, sharing joy, and ‘holding hands’ as they weigh senior related options. She is an active member of Yonah Community Church and her family continues to serve in Northeast Brazil on short term mission trips.
We enjoyed a night of "Music and Memories", a benefit supporting a senior serving nonprofit.
