Michelle has been a Godsend to our family these past several months.  My 89 year old mother fell and broke her shoulder this past January. Not ever having explored senior care options before, we knew we needed some help. We had heard very good things about Michelle, so I decided to call her, and I'm so glad I did! She has a wealth of knowledge in the senior care arena, and she has done an outstanding job educating us and assisting us in finding the right care for my mother. She is kind and genuine and truly cares about what's best for you or for your loved one. If you are in a position where you are needing some assistance in this area, I highly recommend Michelle. 

 I have been working with Michelle almost one year.  At the time, a  lawyer referred me to Michelle’s company, Golden Years Services.  She has been fantastic.  Michelle has great suggestions and is willing to go above and beyond the call of duty.  Both my parents, 91 years of age, lived in my home. Michelle actually completed an assessment on both of my parents. She visited mother at my home and dad in the Rehab center where he had stayed for three months following a fall and subsequent broken hip.  How to deal with dementia was “new” to me, so Michelle provided education about dementia, including the signs, stages and stressors, which helped me to recognize how best to respond to dad.  We also worked together in order to understand how dad was responding to stress, etc.

Michelle kept in touch with me on a regular basis answering questions about what are the best steps related to continued care for both my parents.  She is a very intelligent lady and knows the “ins and outs” of elderly care.  I did my best to follow her suggestions, which I found to always be on target.  I looked forward to Michelle’s phone calls, as I felt much better and relieved due to her ability to listen and to offer sound advice.  She was a God-Send and it felt like a “divine intervention” was underway.

I am saddened now as my time has almost come to an end with Michelle who has provided comprehensive case management for both my parents.  Yet, on the other hand, this means that all the goals she recommended have been met.  Yes, hands down, if you are at a precipice not knowing how to move forward with care of your elderly parents and/or relatives, I highly recommend that you contact Michelle and immediately begin receiving her assistance and guidance.  She deserves a review of more than five stars.  If possible, I would give her 1,000 stars review!! 

 I cannot recommend Michelle highly enough. She goes above and beyond all expectations. It is a blessing to have such a knowledgeable and compassionate person as a “go to.” She is a wonderful person to have to help in stressful times. Thanks Michelle!!!
